The NOVICE program comprises an initial sixty - minute phone/Zoom assessment/interview, followed by developing a tailored transformation plan. Following the creation of the transformation plan, which typically occurs within one week of the initial assessment, we will schedule a thirty-minute follow-up and review session.
The GUIDANCE program provides comprehensive SUPPORT, including a continuous four-week follow-up accountability, lifestyle coaching, and mentoring assistance. Each week, we will conduct a 30-minute accountability call via Zoom, Skype, or the client's preferred communication method to ensure the achievement of weekly objectives and facilitate ongoing progress within the customized transformation plan.
The CHAMPION program encompasses everything included in the BEGINNER program, with the added benefit of 8 weeks of follow-up accountability, lifestyle coaching, and mentoring support. A Thirty-minute accountability phone call or video conference via Zoom or Skype (as preferred by the client) will be scheduled every week. These sessions are designed to ensure the accomplishment of weekly goals and to provide unwavering support for your ongoing development within the tailored transformation plan.
